Refunds. Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us at contact@followingbyfaith.com within 30 days of the gift, and we will work with you and Tithe.ly to resolve it.

Following By Faith Inc. offers one-to-one text conversations with members of our team for people who request support. When you opt in on our website, you agree to receive text messages from Following By Faith about your request, including scheduling and confirming connection calls, follow-up conversations, and resources you ask for. Messages are written and sent by a staff member to you personally. We do not send marketing, fundraising, or bulk text messages from this program.
